The GRACE Science Team Meeting will take place at the Helmholtz Centre Potsdam − GFZ German Research Centre for Geosciences in Potsdam, Telegrafenberg (Building H).

The Helmholtz Centre Potsdam − GFZ German Research Centre for Geosciences is easily reachable via train or plane to Berlin. There is also regular public transport service from Berlin to Potsdam.

From Tegel Airport (TXL):

• Buy the ticket “Berlin ABC” (€3.60 at the ticket counter or on the bus).
• Take bus X9 (destination: Zoologischer Garten) and change to the local train (Regionalbahn) RE1 (destination Magdeburg Hbf or Brandenburg Hbf) or S7 (destination Potsdam Hbf).
• Leave the train at Potsdam Hauptbahnhof.

From Schönefeld Airport (SXF):

• Go to station “S-Flughafen Berlin-Schönefeld Bhf”.
• Buy the ticket “Berlin BC” (€3.30 at the ticket machine on the way to the platform).
• Take the local train (Regionalbahn) RB22 (direction: Potsdam Hbf or Potsdam Griebnitzsee).
• Leave the train at Potsdam Hauptbahnhof.

From Berlin Hauptbahnhof:

• If you don’t have a valid ticket to Potsdam, buy the ticket “Berlin ABC” (€3.60 at the ticket machine at the platform).
• Take local train (Regionalbahn) RE1 (destination Magdeburg Hbf or Brandenburg Hbf) or S7 (destination Potsdam Hbf).
• Leave the train at Potsdam Hauptbahnhof.

From Potsdam Hauptbahnhof take bus line 691 to the GFZ Campus on Telegrafenberg. Or take the footpath (duration circa 15 minutes).

For conference participants, no car parking is available on the GFZ campus. Please consider taking public transport to GFZ.
